Currently, the pools are only available for use from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. The pools are for the exclusive use of residents and their visitors. If you rent, use the pool for your assigned property.
The following rules have been established for your health and safety and to minimize the occasions when it is necessary to close the pool for unscheduled maintenance.
Always bathe before entering the pool to remove sunscreen, etc. Do not use soap or shampoo in the pool shower (this helps keep pool filters clean)
Do not jump, dive or bomb the pool; do not play roughly, for example, standing on the shoulders, etc. (There have been several occasions when people have been injured on the edge or at the bottom of the pool or have landed on others. No one wants to visit the hospital during their vacation…)
Inflatables or bodyboards are not allowed in the pool, they take up too much space! Although, of course, swimming and safety aids are allowed for young children, such as bracelets and small rings.
Ball games or throwing are not allowed in the pool.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the pool without an accompanying adult over the age of 18.
Toddlers/infants should wear waterproof diapers or proper swimsuits (this is for health and safety reasons. If the pools have to be closed to clean them, it can mean that they are closed for days and cost the community a lot of money)
T-shirts are allowed if they are white (there are no colored t-shirts as the dye can contaminate the water)
You should tie your hair long or wear a bathing cap
No music in the garden or pool areas, please consider others
It is not allowed to sunbathe in female topless
Gardens, walkways and around the pools.
No food is allowed in the garden and pool area; including popsicles and ice cream, as they tend to attract wasps, ants, and even rats
No ball or throwing games allowed

Please take any trash with you. Ashtrays should be used in garden areas and removed for disposal.
There are no glass bottles or drinking glasses in the gardens or around the pool.
No bikes, skateboards, skateboards, skates, etc. are allowed in the resort (some people have mobility issues and can’t move around as easily; tile floors are slippery and can be very painful if they fall on them…)
No music
There is no noise after midnight. Respect your neighbors for the right to a good night’s sleep!
Umbrellas should not be pushed into the grass, use a umbrella stand
You can not leave furniture on any catwalk; hammocks, chairs and garden furniture to be removed from the garden area overnight
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times within the complex. Do not encourage or feed dogs, cats, or other animals.
